A self-confessed Baliphile, Mary loves to be warm and in idyllic surroundings where she can share some of her favourite flavours and places and introduce you to her special friends.

 

Mary's promise - a food experience every day. This could be as varied as learning to cook with the locals, experiencing a food-related body treatment or savouring a sunset beach BBQ.

 

You might  meet her drivers Tiger Woods and Mr Charisma, local guides I Made and Wayan, and special friends Ms Melati, Mr Iyan and Mr Claude, Ms Jeannie and Mr Nyoman or share the love of Balinese food with the food gurus: Janet, the General, Mrs Bike Baik, the Tofu Grannies and the Salt Queen.
