Morocco...
A colourful past and a very colourful present.
Mary has put together a tour that encapsulates Morocco’s colourful past and present.
Mary’s promise – exciting daily food experiences.
Colour is reflected in the places we visit and the food we eat. The white or ‘blanc’ of Casablanca is reflected off the medina walls and in the French breads, the green tiles of Fes mirror the green of traditional mint tea, while in Marrakech, the terracotta-red city, you can smell the tagines cooking in the medina. On the coast in Essaouira, the market fish have the same blue hue as the brightly painted boats.
