Food Matters Tours
India - Rajasthan unravelled ...
Mary helps unravel the chaos and commotion of India
This is a very different tour to Mary's initiation into India when she spent months travelling overland, often in crowded trains or on the back of goat trucks. Today Mary travels in a comfortable air-conditioned bus, or by air con train or on an internal flight and is accompanied by local Bollywood hopeful, Raj.

Accommodation is varied and includes modern rooms, traditional heritage buildings, a place labelled as a palace and places selected for their special location.
